Tilton on the Hill & Halstead Parish Council

My wife and I have lived in Towcester for 37 years and I have served as an independent parish and town councillor for more than 25 years. Two generations of our family have been, or are at present, being educated in Towcester schools. I am generall interested in any matter which affects Towcester and its residents. The issue currently of great concern to me is the planned relocation of South Northants Council to Moat Lane, which I fear will seriously compromise future development of the town.
